He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lauretta C. Plattner; his daughters, Elizabeth Power (John), Carolyn Zapfe, Susan Plattner and Sharon Plattner; his grandchildren, Isabelle, Zoe Power and Hayden Zapfe; and his sisters, JoAn Kaiser (late Edward) and Ruth Bower.
