She was predeceased by: her stepfather Donald Cunningham; and her siblings, Donald Cunningham (Meryl), Douglas Cunningham (Karen) and Dorothy Wallenfang (Jerome). She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Church and Kristina Milashus (Jeff); her granddaughters, Sara Milashus, Madeline Milashus and Amanda Church; and her sisters, Sharon Hesik (Bud) and Betty Cesaretti. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
