He was predeceased by: his parents, Dayne K. Farr and Suzanne Farr; and his son Tom Farr. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Farr; his sons, Chris Farr (Karen) and Rob Farr (Jen); and his daughter-in-law Karen.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Bradley University Gift Records, 1501 W Bradley Avenue, Peoria IL 61625 and noting "Farr Family Scholarship" in the memo line or on-line designation box or Sister Paulanne's Needy Family Fund c/o Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
