She was predeceased by: her husband Thaddeus D. Kuczek II; and her sisters, Georgia Dewar and Teresa Wiener. She is survived by: her children, Theodore D. Kuczek III (Cheryl), Nanette Spear (Danny), Susan Flanagan (Thomas) and Christopher Kuczek (Carolyn Kocan); her grandchildren, Theo Kuczek IV (Jennifer Rounds), Christine O'Hagan (Tim), Melanie Higgins (John), Kylie Packard (Avrette), Dillon Flanagan (Brittani Bryan), Lisa Salazar (Kenny) and Brendon Spear (Brandi); and her great grandchildren, Aidan O'Hagan, Christian Salazar (Pheong), Kastine Perry (Bryan), Callie Salazar, Braxton and Bryce Spear. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
