She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph S. O; her parents, Raymond Powers and Mary Powers (Flynn); and her brother Mark Powers. She is survived by: her children, Karen Kolb (Dennis), Mark, Susan, Lynn Gooding (Troy), Kathleen (Michael Uhran) and Brian O'Connor (Sue Terwilliger); her grandchildren, Kevin Kolb, Kelly O'Malley (Kevin), Michael Kolb, Patrick Avello, Connor, Dimitri Gooding, Megan, Gavin, Katelyn Uhran, Kelsey, Teagan, Keelin, Aislinn O'Connor, Matthew, Mitchell, Chase and Caden Terwilliger; her great grandchildren, Joseph, Grace, Miriam Kolb and Olivia O'Malley; and her brother Dr. John Powers.

Due to Covid-19, funeral and burial services will be private and flowers cannot be sent to the church.
