It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James O. Young of Glenview, Illinois, who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Marybeth (Serb); his granddaughter Eileen McBride (Dennis); his children, Amy McBride, Zoe McBride, Jim Young (Melissa Chatfield) and Jerry Young (Amanda John); his grandchildren, Matthias Young and Ella Young; his aunt Jackie Denney; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Serb (Ann) and Virginia Cox.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to Misericordia (//http://www.misericordia.com) or the Lyman scholarship fund at Queen of Angels school in Chicago would be appreciated by his family.
