Jack F. Slivka Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack F. Slivka of Glenview, Illinois, who passed away on February 28, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Slivka; his parents, John Slivka and Mary Slivka; and his sister Olga Slivka. He is survived by: his sons, Greg Slivka (Mary) and John Slivka (Nancy); his grandchildren, Danielle Stade (Ryan), Stephanie Nickas (late John), Cody Slivka (Oliva) and John Slivka (Jordyn); and his great grandchildren, Alexandra Nickas, Kinsley Stade, Kennedy Nickas and Harper Stade.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the N. H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home (1240 Waukegan Rd, Glenview, IL 60025). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish (1775 Grove St, Glenview, IL 60025).
