It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack A. Lofstrom of Glenview, Illinois, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lofstrom and Helen Lofstrom; and his sister Doris Giles. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Lofstrom; his children, Mark Lofstrom (Barbara), Jeff Lofstrom and Rebecca Lofstrom (James Tausche); his grandchildren, Kristen Middlecamp (Steve), Eric Lofstrom and Jake Tausche; his great grandchildren, Emma and Reid Middlecamp; his siblings, Carl Lofstrom (Haeyoung) and Joan Brown; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and his pet.
