He is survived by: his children, Laurie Lisk Recsetar, Moriag Lisk McCarthy (Bill), Erin Lisk Santostefano (Michael) and Ian David William Lisk (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Leslie Recsetar, Lindsay Grosshans (John), Laurel Van Hooser (Timothy), Jack (Ann), William (Emma), Andrew (Katharine Finn), Colin McCarthy, Michael Jr. (Dana), Alexander Santostefano (Allison), Claire Santostefano Curran (Brett), Paige, Grant Lisk and Quinn Embry; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Ivy Grosshans, Isobel, Thomas, Liam, John McCarthy, Margaret, Vivian McCarthy, Hadley, Siena, Blaze Santostefano, Vincent Santostefano and Giuliana Curran; and his brothers, George and William.
