He is survived by: his parents, Meade Whitaker and Sean Whitaker; his brothers, August, Jude and Heath; his grandparents, Don, Judy Crampton, Cindy and Martin Whitaker; his cousins, Jake, Lisa Crampton, Ross Crampton, Sarah Burke, Wesley Crampton, Jodi Patt, Emika, Juna Crampton, Brooke Pelletiere, Dori, Nate Lavery, Talisa, Jason Dimmick, Cara and Joey Ciamacco; and his great-grandparent Dalma London. He is also survived by aunts, uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Henry's memory be made to the following organizations: Aaron's Coffee Corner, Chicago Botanic Garden, The Chicago Lighthouse, Misericordia or The Nora Project.
