We bid farewell to Gretchen W. Schnarr (Glenview, Illinois), born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 21, 2025 at the age of 73. Gretchen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Williams and Patricia Williams; her children, Annie Schnarr, John Schnarr, Sara Straeffer (Mitch) and Rita Byrne (Mark); her grandchildren, Rita Wheeler, June Wheeler, Stevie Straeffer, Harrison, Zoe and Madeline Byrne; and her siblings, Michael Williams (late Bonnie), Robert Williams (Donna), Mary Cappleman (Bill) and Mark Williams (Tracey Campbell).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Glenview New Church (74 Park Dr, Glenview, IL 60025).
