He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Constantine Karkazis and Presvytera Vasiliki Karkazis; and his siblings, Lambros Karkazis (late Helen), Helen Pappademos (late Chris), Daphne Bagatelas (late George), Ephrosine Kotsionis (late John) and James Karkazis (Phyllis).
He is survived by: his spouse Myrsini Karkazis; his daughters, Vickie Karkazis and Christine Mackris (John); and his grandchildren, Nicolette and Lia Mackris.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Saints Peter & Paul or Saint George Greek Orthodox Church, 2701 North Sheffield Avenue, Chicago, IL 60614 would be appreciated.
