She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William McCord and Carrie McCord; her husband David McCarthy of Duluth, Minnesota.; her children, Doug (Sunshine), Steven (Jennifer) and Susan; her grandchildren, Kendra, Riley, Amber, Neeve and David; and her brother William McCord of Fort Smith, Arkansas..
Because of COVID-19, the family is planning on a memorial service at the Glenview Community Church in February, if conditions improve.
