It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Hernandez (Glenview, Illinois), born in Northlake, Illinois, who passed away on May 23, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna Kochevar; his stepdaughters, Samantha Kochevar and Melanie Harman (Cliff); his grandchild Kai Samuel Hernandez; his stepgrandchildren, Frankie, Josh and Ryan; his siblings, Marguerita Mootz (late David) and Jeff Hernandez (Diana); and also Janice Hohm. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
