He was predeceased by: his wife Colleen Monckton; his parents, Lewis Monckton and Anne Monckton; and his siblings, Lewis Jr. (Teresa Monckton), John Finley, Margaret (Jim Zale), Elizabeth Monckton, Father Eugene Monckton and Henry (Catherine Monckton).
He is survived by: his sisters, Helen (Sis) and Alice (William Fitzgerald); his children, Dan Monckton Jr. (Mary Melton), Autumn Maginot (Will), Michelle Kinder (Hans), Luanne Flaws (Ken), Colleen Cardamone (Michael), Mark Monckton (Suzie), Hugh Monckton (James Aurand) and Jackie Stanton (Bob); his grandchildren, Danny, Trent, Allie, Matt, Joey, Sara, Jamie, Cameron, Kevin, Breanna, Jannelle, Teigan, Challen, Mikey, Chase, Kailey, Cole, Kerri and Erik; and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Mila, William, Charlie, Henry, Zaya, Colby, Stetson, Abe and Reid.
