He is survived by: his wife Lynne Adams Curtis; his children, Chase Scully Curtis Jr. (Robin), Tracey Curtis Buchman (Josh) and Burke Adams Curtis; and his grandchildren, Emily Curtis, George Curtis, Brynn Shepherd (Andrew Keim), Phoebe Shepherd, Samuel Buchman (Jess Myers), William Buchman, Conor Curtis (Bethany Eveleth), Sean Curtis and Thomas Curtis.
