It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Adam Simokaitis in Glenview, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis and Constance (Nee Ladish). He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sister Maryann Retkowski (Rich); his children, Charlie Jr. (Jennifer) and Christine; his grandchildren, Caleb, Elijah and Faye; and his pet Earl. He is also survived by 34 nieces and nephews.
