With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blase Viti Jr. (Glenview, Illinois), who passed away on August 3, 2018 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Blase James Viti, Sr.; and his parent-in-law Thomas J. Kaep. He is survived by: his spouse Kristine Viti; his children, Blase James Viti, III, Paige Kristine and Luke Francis; his parent Dianne Sr.; his siblings, Greg Viti (Susan) and Susie Barnello (Michael); his parent-in-law Trudy Kaep; and his siblings-in-law, Korinne Kaep Carroll and Karen Kaep Herzlich (Ken).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sister Paulanne's Needy Family Fund c/o Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
