She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Vogt; her daughter Sharon; and her siblings, Rosemary and Anthony "Sal". She is survived by: her children, Keith (Pamela), Theresa (Frank), Lisa (Jim), Kevin (Linda), Janice (Justin) and Kurt (Stefanie); her grandchildren, Frankie, Ryan, Jayson, Catherine, Brianna, Meg, Alyssa (Alex), Delaney, Benjamin, Danielle, Mikayla, Karlie, Colin, Timothy and Abigail; and her siblings, Frank (Michael), Dianne and Robert (Sharon).

“It was sad to see the message of this from Jack Hoelterhoff the other day. I finally found the details today. SOOO many memories of Joyce and the neighborhood growing up…. Best place ever…. Pool parties, baseball….kick the can….etc. How she EVER saw the road over the steering wheel of the large vans that carried the Vogt troupe around….we’ll never know. So sweet and always friendly…… only a couple left now. Prayers are with everyone still around. Doug Olson”
