He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Mandolini; and his parents, Primo Mandolini and Rose Mandolini. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Mandolini (Becky), Mark Mandolini (Maureen), David Mandolini (late Dana), Anthony Mandolini and Lorri Collins (Brian); his grandchildren, Lou (Emile), Aimee (Lindsey), Jenna (Mario), Mark (Katie), Alexi, Robyn (Patrick), Kelley, DJ, Stephanie, Henry and Annmarie; his great grandchildren, Mae, Olivia, Siena, Mario, Hunter, Elliott, Reed, Aria, Cole and Mila; and his sister Roberta Mandolini.
