She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Thomas Patrick Cernek; her sons, Jeffrey Thomas (Kierston), Craig Thomas (Mireille) and Christopher Ernest Cernek; her grandchildren, Paul Thomas (Kaitlyn), Nicholas Anthony (Kathleen), Trevor Dean, Ann Monique, Stephan Ernest, Jamie Evelyn, Gavin Douglas, Alexander Thomas, Derek Daniel, Lindsay Ann, Carly Jean and Sydney Jacqueline Cernek; her niece Paula Berger; and her nephew Eric Berger.
