It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alice Irene Rosenberg of Glenview, Illinois, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Elliott Rosenberg; her children, Audrey Eden, Susan Lutostanski (Frank), Chuck Rosenberg (Rachel) and Judi Medina (Moti); her grandchildren, Andrea Steed (Ben), Jake Nokes, Adam Lutostanski (Katie), Mark Lutostanski (Ashley), Scott Lutostanski (Libby), Ari Rosenberg (Lital), Jonah Rosenberg (Lauren), Yasmin Shtein (Harel), Nadiv Medina (Nurit) and Nitzan Medina (Yarden); and her parents, Joe Katz and Rebecca Katz. She was also cherished by 23 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Beth Tikvah Congregation (300 Hillcrest Blvd, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169). A burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Shalom Memorial Park (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004). A shiva was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
