He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dominick and Violet Dominick (Hayton); and his wife Patricia Dominick. He is survived by: his children, Donna Hargreaves of Glendale Heights, IL, Debbie Summerville (Kevin) of Naperville, IL and Duane Dominick (Julie) of Mint Hill, NC; and his grandchildren, Jocelyn Fennewald (Davin), Jordyn Meinen (Nate), Abigail Przybyla, Tiegan Przybyla, Brad Anderson, Stacy Anderson and Trent Dominick.
