He is survived by: his spouse Jean K.; his children, Richard O. Shive (Carol A.), Patricia M. Rooney (Kevin) and Daniel T. Shive (Paulette); his grandchildren, Colleen (Nick), Tyler, Richard (Cassidy), Allison, Jennifer, Alia and Madison; and his siblings-in-law, Joan and Bob Connell. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
