She is survived by: her sons, Andrew and Matthew; her husband James Choate; her parents, James Colvin and Sharon Colvin; her brother James Colvin Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Sandy Choate and Joseph Choate; and her friend Tammie Casper. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
