She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Fricot and David Fricot; and her husband Joseph Balcer. She is survived by: her children, Alice Knoebl (Thomas), Kenneth Balcer, Michael Balcer (Lisa Burnell) and Chris Zych (Mitchell); and her grandchildren, Sarah Knoebl, Carson Balcer, Grace Zych, Lindsey Zych and Chloe Zych.
