He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Guadalupe Hernandez-Lopez and Jose Antonio Daniel Pacheco; and his cousin Jose "Pepe" Hernandez. He is survived by: his parents, Jose Antonio Pacheco and Clementina Hernandez-Lopez of Glendale Heights, IL; his sister Celeste Pacheco; his grandmother Juanita Hurtado; his aunts, Carmen Hernandez-Lopez, Maria Pacheco and Lourdes Gonzalez; his uncle Jose Hernandez; and his cousins, Stephanie, Marlene Hernandez, Felipe, Miguel and Auriel Hernandez.
