She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Emanuel; her parents, Rebecca Linsky (Singer) and Benjamin Linsky; and her siblings, Lillian Jalass and Harry Linsky.
She is survived by: her sons, Barry (Rosalie) and Ronald Emanuel (Kathy); her grandchildren, Deborah Alexander (late Tony Shapiro), Todd Emanuel (Jody), Wendy Apple (Jason), Ally Engel (Ryan) and Brad Emanuel (Erica); and her great grandchildren, Trevor (Claire), Hayley, Tory, Ty, Jessica, Lindsey, Brendan, Sami, Jacob, Ethan and Olivia. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Am Shalom (840 Vernon Ave, Glencoe, IL 60022).
