He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marcia; his children, Jan Pomerantz (late Harold), James Melamed (Carmen) and Alan Melamed; his stepchildren, Debra Grossman (late Bob), Daniel Schreibman (Katie Jones) and Tamar Schreibman (Justin Anderson); his grandchildren, Michael (Hanne), Clare, Jeremy, Anna, Jane, Clara, Henry and Ellis; and his brothers, Abraham Melamed (late Hope), Milton Melamed (late Marge) and Myron Melamed (late Audrey).
