He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward and Rebecca Whitlock, Sr. (Page); his wife Debbie Smith; his son William Edward Whitlock, III; his brother Richard Thomas Whitlock; and his pet Elvis.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Whitlock of Springfield, Tressie Kemp (David) of Springfield and Sharah Mickelson (Brett) of Glenarm; his grandchildren, Riley, Reise, Dalton Garrett, Zachary, Nathan Stevenson, Gregory and Geramy Whitlock; his brothers, Michael Whitlock (Jan) and Ted Whitlock (Michelle); his pet Missy Kitty; and his close friend Jay Green. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews.
