He is survived by: his wife Michelle Phillips; his children, Ashley Barnett (Caleb) of Waverly, Austin Phillips of Waukegan and Jack Mauzy of Normal; his granddaughters, Faith and Frey Barnett; and his brother Jeff Phillips (Pam) of Atlanta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
