He was predeceased by: his parents, Valeda Werth and William Werth. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his daughters, Stephanie Young (Dave) and Adrienne Ahlquist (Dan); his grandchildren, Georgia, Ethan, Audrey Young, Caitlyn, Erik, Luke and Kendra Ahlquist; and his sister Linda Perk.
