He is survived by: his wife Lyndie S. Madsen; his children, Steven T. Madsen (Jeanette) and Haley L. Madsen; his parents-in-law, Nancy Armstrong (Ralph) and John North (Susan); his sisters-in-law, Laura Schmidt and Leanne Fink (Peter); his grandchildren, Isabella E. and Steven M. Madsen; his brothers, Curt Madsen (Cindy) and Kevin Madsen (Michelle); his friend Andrea Perry; his nieces and nephews, Zachary M. Madsen, Jamie L. Madsen, Jonathan Schmidt (Erica), Josh Schmidt (Amanda), Jessica Jurmann (Chris) and Jake Fink (Bailey); and also Riley Madsen.
