He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Sr. Kozlowski and Mary Kozlowski; his wife Patricia; his sisters, Nancy and Barbara; his children, Douglas Kozlowski (Rachael) and Chris Kozlowski (Rachel); and his granddaughters, Amelia and Ruth.
He is survived by: his sister Jean Lyman (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Hultgren Funeral Home (304 N Main St, Wheaton, IL 60187). A prayer was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Petronille Catholic Church (420 Glenwood Ave, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the St. Michael's Cemetery.
