She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Bilanda and Charlotte Balzhiser Bilanda. She is survived by: her husband Don Steffen; and her brother Rick Balzhiser (Anne) of Stephens City, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
