It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sally C. Hanson of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, who passed away on October 26, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Mollie Hanson; her sister Mary (Charles) of Marlborough, MA.; and her friend Jack Brennan. She is survived by: her children, Merle Edwin Hanson III, Margaret S. "Peggy" Hartmann (Duane), Lawrence C "Larry" (Kathleen Draths-Hanson, MD), Christopher J. (Terry), Thomas R. (Deceased) and Philip C. Hanson (Layana); her grandchildren, Steven (Christy), Brandon, Kiki Hartmann, Rebecca L Nelson (Nick), John L (Bridgett), Thomas M (Ann), William C and Isabelle A; and her children, Abby, Lilly Nelson, Benjamin Hanson, Nicolas and Amelia Hartmann.

Funeral Mass 11:00 A. M., Saturday, November 7, 2020 at St. Petronille Church, 458 Hillside Ave, Glen Ellyn, where family and friends will meet for Mass at 10:45 A. M. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, seating is limited. All attending must wear masks throughout the funeral, and observe social distancing.
