She is survived by: her grandchildren, Chris Russell (Jennifer), Edward Thomas Jirsa III Kara (Mei Lee), Sarah Brockway and Becky Allred; her great grandchildren, Monica Russell, Elizabeth Russell, Jackson Churak, Patrick Churak, Megan Russell, Leah Russell, Thomas Nieto, Addison Jirsa, Anthony Nieto, Nolan Jirsa and Briella Nieto; and her great great grandchild Malcom Russell Bruesewitz.
During the second pandemic of her life she was unable to get her yearly fishing license for the first time in her adult life.
On her 102nd Birthday the Village of Glen Ellyn presented her the key to the city for her contributions to the Village of Glen Ellyn.
