He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer W. Leonard and Evelyn A. Leonard; his siblings, Fred W. Leonard and Carolyn M. Leonard; and his niece Susan A. Leonard.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Leonard; his children, David (Christina), Stacey Rowlee (Christopher) and Matthew; his grandchildren, Ryan and Abigail Rowlee; his brother Ronald Leonard; his sisters-in-law, Nancy and Judie Leonard; and his nieces and nephews, John Leonard (Cathy), Mike Leonard (Lisa), Doug Leonard (Barb), Steve Leonard (Julie), Crissy Wheeler (Rob) and Kathy Williams (Darrell).
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Leonard Memorial (565 Duane St, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Forest Hill Cemetery.
