He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan; his children, Ian Kovac (Erica), Jenna Mahoney (Adam Budny), Conner Mahoney and Taylor Mahoney; his grandchildren, Grayson and Noah; his parents, Marilynn Mahoney and Richard Mahoney; and his sisters, Cathy Mahoney and Pamela Alexander (Charles).
