He is survived by : his wife Sharon; his children, April Lynn Passini (Michael) of Standard, IL, Richard Andrew Charchek (Tina) of Chicago, IL and Ruth Nicole Huske (Mark) of Glen Ellyn, IL; his grandchildren, Megan Lynn Mudge, Erin Marie Mudge, Edwin Otto Huske and Nicholas Andrew Huske; his great grandchildren, Brody William Harp and Bryant Richard Harp; and his siblings, Joseph "Lee" Courtney (Donna) and Twyla Dammarell. He is also survived by many step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dysart - Cofoid Funeral Service Chapel. A memorial service was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cofoid Funeral Chapel (208 S Mccoy St, Granville, IL 61326).

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
