He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D'Ambrosio and Marie Elizabeth D'Ambrosio; and his brother Sonny. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Laura Ellen D'Ambrosio, David William D'Ambrosio and Richard Thomas D'Ambrosio, III; his grandchildren, Mark David, Matthew Thomas D'Ambrosio (David), Anthony Z. and Sierra Marie D'Ambrosio (Richard); and his siblings, Rosemary Caulfield (John) and Donald D'Ambrosio.
