She was predeceased by: her husband William Noel; her sons, Mark Noel (Jo) and Guy Noel (Cindy Hartman); her grandson Elijah Pennebaker; and her siblings, Robert Burkert (Mary Ann), Genevieve Mindak and Leo Burkert Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Craig Noel (Sally), Claude Noel (Linda), Chris Noel (Jacklyn), Matthew Noel (Nancy) and Mary Jo Pennebaker (James); her grandchildren, Justin Hartman, Nathan Noel, Matthew Noel (Megan), Corey Noel (Rosemarie), Christopher Burns, Noel Burns, Jacob Burns, Joshua Burns, Matthew Burns, Gracie Burns, Paul Lueken III, Kali Lueken, Cassandra Lueken, Holly Lueken, Amanda Noel, Vanessa Noel, Ian Pennebaker, Olivia Pennebaker and Isabella Pennebaker; and her siblings, Beryl Schmittgens and Mary. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
