He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bavido and Lucille Catalano Bavido; his brother Sam Bavido; his sister-in-law Beverly Bavido; and his sister Cynthia Mustafa.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Bavido; his brother Carl Bavido; his sons, Rick Bavido, James Bavido, Michael Bavido, Ralph Capriano and Phillip Bavido Jr.; his stepdaughter Sheri Sforza; and his son-in-law Douglas McGowan. He is also survived by grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
