She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. Meade; her child Jude; and her siblings, Betty Sansbury (late John), Hub Schmitt (late Pat) and Don Schmitt (late Carolyn).
She is survived by: her children, Anita Calistro (late Tom), Christopher Meade (Joy), Dennis Meade (Kathleen), Mary Anne Meade, Matthew Meade (Marcia), Peter Meade, David Meade (Beth Regan) and Thomas Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Pat's wish was for donations to Misericordia Home or Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago, organizations with missions close to her heart.
