It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nadia Kucewicz of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, who passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Nadia has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Wladimir; and her children, Harry Kucewicz (Rosemary), Luci Angiulo and Alex D. O. Kucewicz (Amanda).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Humes Funeral Home (320 W Lake St, Addison, IL 60101). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Church (300 Army Trail Rd, Bloomingdale, IL 60108).
