She was predeceased by: her husband Emil Stephen Uhlarik; her parents, Mary Hautzinger and Stephen Hautzinger; and her siblings, Eleanor Jacobson (Vernon) and Stephen Hautzinger Jr. (Maureen).
She is survived by: her children, Tom (Carol), Steve (Jody), Joe (Karen), John (Mary), Jim, Charlie (DeeAnn), Margaret Gall (Greg) and Elizabeth; her grandchildren, Christine, Therese, Tom, Anthony, Sam, Amanda, Michael, Joe, Megan, Kevin, Daniel, Bryan (Theresa), Sarah, Rachel, Nicholas, Emily, Elizabeth, Eleanor, Natalia Wright (Tanner), Annalise, Logan, Mark and Luke; and her great grandchild Josie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
