She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Hauck and Grace Hauck (McClain); her husband James W. Caulfield; and her siblings, Thomas Hauck and Richard Hauck.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Caulfield (Joyce), Susan Caulfield-Maddux, James Caulfield, Steven Caulfield (Mary Ruth), Janet Spielvogel (Paul) and Mary Kelley. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
