He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Hoffman; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Lancaster (Nancy) and Nancy Higgins (James). He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Mary Roman, John (Mary Beth) and Michael (Teresa); his grandchildren, Christopher (Kristin), Timothy (Lauren), Daniel Roman (Kira), Michael Hoffman, Jr. (Megan), Leslie, Jamie, Kiley, Shannon, Megan, David Hoffman, Melissa Jalowiec (Chris) and Colleen Schulgen; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Luke Roman, Ava, Adalyn Roman, Jackie, Jacob Magana, Emily Roman, Amelia, Eloise Hoffman, Dominic, Elizabeth Shafer, Aubry and Braeden Schulgen; his brother Jim Hoffman; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Edwards. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
