He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Blackwell and Kathleen; and his brother Will (Kathy). He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Blackwell; his children, Tracy Mlejnek (Chris), Craig (Jennifer Franch) and Ryan; his grandchildren, Maddie, Gavin and Riley; and his siblings, Bob (Gloria), Shawn (Pat) and Diane O'Connor. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
