It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judy Higgins Stowe (Glen Ellyn, Illinois), born in Devils Lake, North Dakota, who passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas. She is survived by: her children, David Stowe (Jill), Sara Robinson (Dean) and Steven Stowe (Lindsey); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Aaron, Olivia, Myles, Anna, Ella, Mary and Everett; and her nephews, Blair Wyman (Linda), Higgins and Gray. She is also survived by family members and friends.
They enjoyed meeting face to face however last year, she led the transition of her communities to virtual settings thus encouraging safe participation and a continued enjoyment during the pandemic.
